This group is a 'spin-off' from the "Cruising With Howie D 2005 group". We are now, "Losing to go Cruising" with Howie D 2006. Again, we would absolutely LOVE you to join as VIP members to make sure our information is accurate or if you would like to post anything that you think we should know. We're all trying to get healthy for the next cruise with goal weights or just healthier living. We even have a member who is raising money to be donated to the DLF as she loses weight. (she discussed this with Angie and Howie and even had before pictures taken)

Cant wait to hear your CD. I am really excite to have music from you and Howie. It is nice to have music written by the muscian rather then the million dollar lable.
