This group is a 'spin-off' from the "Cruising With Howie D 2005 group". We are now, "Losing to go Cruising" with Howie D 2006. Again, we would absolutely LOVE you to join as VIP members to make sure our information is accurate or if you would like to post anything that you think we should know. We're all trying to get healthy for the next cruise with goal weights or just healthier living. We even have a member who is raising money to be donated to the DLF as she loses weight.
